How it Works
Get Your Guarantee Offer
To view your Guarantees, select "Inventory" from the top navigation and click "ACV Guarantees". Here you will see an ACV Guarantee on any vehicle in appraisals or Inventory.
View your Guarantee via the Guarantee Report
And view your Guarantee on each appraised unit
Complete The Disclosure
Answer a short, 14 question vehicle condition questionnaire
Accept the Guarantee
Accept the Guarantee from within ACV MAX. Our team will reach out to you to schedule an inspection with a professional ACV inspector.
Finalize the Guarantee with an ACV Inspection
The ACV inspector will confirm the condition of the vehicle matches the reported condition. Your offer will be adjusted if unreported damage is discovered.
Accept your Guarantee and Launch your Vehicle
The vehicle will be launched at the next ACV No-Reserve sale to ensure you get the optimal price.
Guaranteed Profits
If the vehicle sells for less than the guaranteed offer, you will receive payment for the difference*. If it sells for more, you keep the upside*. It’s that simple!
