With VIPER I can see that I'm acquiring cars three times more so than I used to. I can bring a physical appraisal to the service lane and offer it in real time to that customer and say, "Hey, in case if you are in the market, I'm looking for your car. This is a car that I need, and this is what I'm willing to pay for." It's allowed me to acquire cars that we would've never captured previously.
